About

About me

Born in Botswana to an Italian family, I moved to the UK in 1995 to pursue a career in ballet. Graduating from Elmhurst Ballet School, I spent several years as a professional dancer before branching out as a gym owner, trainer and teacher. I now work as a personal trainer which allows me to fulfil my two passions – movement and fitness – while helping others achieve their own goals.

I have a daughter and know too well the challenges of family life and making sure I stay fit and healthily for me and everyone in the family. I've enjoyed training throughout my pregnancy and afterwards with my daughte

I have a diverse background in a variety of disciplines, with the qualifications to incorporate dance technique, pilates and power-plate into work-outs. A mum myself, I am also qualified to conduct pre- and post-natal training. Having a dance background has made me particularly aware of the importance of correct movement and alignment, making my work-outs an excellent choice for injury recovery (or to make sure to prevent them!)

When working with clients, my priority is to ensure that your workout meets your individual needs. No two people are the same, and your exercise regime should be designed around you – your lifestyle, fitness goals and personal situation.

My approach is focused on listening, with my work-out plans being led by your needs and availability.
